I’m proud to say we’re officially a Corporate Sponsor of Trees Upstate for 2025!

It feels like serving our community twice - every dollar we pledge to environmental causes comes from the work we’ve completed over the past year for our clients. I’m grateful for the amazing clients, partners, casts and crews that have made this possible!

I’d like to take a moment to highlight the impact of this inspiring organization, local to us here in the Upstate of South Carolina.

When I first heard about the work Trees Upstate was doing… honestly I felt relief.

Planting new trees is a passion of mine, and enjoying forests is more than a hobby.

But everywhere around us, in Greenville and Spartanburg, swaths of forests are being cleared for development at a heart-wrenching scale. Planting trees can make you feel small in a good way, but I was starting to feel overwhelmed.

Activists know, the best feeling in these moments is to discover you’re not alone in your efforts; many of us are working towards this goal together.

Enter: Trees Upstate. In less than 20 years, these amazing folks have:

Planted 13,000+ trees in neighborhoods, parks, and schools
Given away over 30,000 free trees to the community
Received 2,600+ hrs of volunteer contributions (Check out the map at https://treesupstate.org/giveaway-data/ … it’s staggering)

Over the next 20 years, these trees will…

Absorb 290 Thousand Pounds of air pollutants
Filter 661 Million gallons of stormwater
Sequester 141 Million Tons of Carbon

And that’s a relief.

So, in less time than it takes to plant one tree, I made my company a sponsor for 2025.

I’ll still be planting my own trees one at a time… but it’s nice to know they’re part of something bigger.
