40 Unique Ambient Tracks for Your Sound Design
Are you editing videos or podcasts? Doing sound design for video games and films?
I’ve put my ambient sound collection up on Gumroad: 40 tracks from a decade of field recording side-quests, for you to use in your sound design projects.
The collection includes things like:
- EXT Crickets and Frogs After Rain.wav
- EXT Night Traffic – Quiet with a few cars.wav
- EXT Parking Garage Ambiance.wav
- INT Car – Driving, windows closed 01.wav
- INT Bar Ambience – Small Crowd, Pool Players, TV 1.wav
- etc….
I posted a couple of these tracks on FreeSound years ago, and loved hearing stories from artists using them in their game designs, podcasts, and film projects. This is my first effort to organize and package a bigger collection for sale as a digital product, so I’m most interested in feedback and reviews, and learning more about the process. I’ll be increasing the price at the end of August, so get it now! 😀
For anyone unable to make such a purchase, I have lots of free stock media recommendations on my Resources Page.
Let me know what you think, if these are useful, as I’m considering sharing my foley and sfx files next – which is over 200 files I need to review and organize. That’s going to take a while!
